Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Linaro pieces. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale and personalised items are not eligible for return.
- Returns received after 30 days will be declined and shipped back at your cost.
How to return
- Email customer.service@linaroluxury.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (domestic) or instructions (international).
- Pack the item securely and drop it at the carrier within 7 days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Place a new order for the piece you want and return the original — we'll refund the original as soon as it arrives.
Defective or wrong item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
